Required Skills:
- Valid medical license in the state of Montana or eligibility to obtain one
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Proven experience handling emergent GYN and OB procedures
- Comfortable working independently during call shifts and managing emergent cases
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and quick-response skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in a hospital emergency setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic ultrasound or diagnostic skills are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- At least 1 year of experience in emergent OB-GYN care
- Current BLS/ACLS certification
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to provide 24/7 call coverage, including back-to-back 24-hour shifts
- Availability to commit to at least one week per month
- Ability to handle emergent cases independently and efficiently
- Travel and licensing reimbursements when applicable
