Required Skills:
- Valid medical license and board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Proven clinical experience in women's health, prenatal care, and surgical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with patients and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical setting
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with minimally invasive gynecological surgeries
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Multilingual communication skills to serve diverse patient populations
- Leadership or mentoring experience within clinical settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree with specialized residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience
- Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient clinic environment
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel for conferences or patient care as needed
- Current state licensure and board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare regulations
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred
