Quick Facts

• Location: Russellville, AR

• End Date/Duration: Ongoing, with possibility of extension
• Shift: Clinic weekdays 8 am – 4 pm (4 days/week); Call 1:4 overnight and weekends (Friday 8 am – Monday 8 am)
• Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours + on-call
• Employment Type: Contract / Per Diem
• Licensure/Certifications: Valid Arkansas medical license; PALS and fetal monitoring certifications required
• Experience: Prior OB/GYN experience preferred

What You’ll Do

• Provide OB/GYN clinic services four days a week, managing routine and specialized patient care
• Assist with overnight and weekend call coverage, ensuring 24/7 patient support
• Conduct on-site labor and fetal monitoring, including NSTs
• Utilize in-house lab and ultrasound services for diagnostics
• Monitor fetal health and assist with labor management
• Collaborate with NP's and other healthcare providers to deliver quality care
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently

What You Need

• Valid Arkansas medical license, with PALS and fetal monitoring certification
• Experience in obstetrics and gynecology, ideally including clinic and labor management
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
