What You’ll Do

• Provide labor and delivery coverage, including routine labor management, C-section, vaginal deliveries, and postpartum rounding
• Render emergency gynecologic consults as needed, with limited high-risk obstetrics
• Support a hospital-based obstetrics and gynecology department managing approximately 500–600 births annually
• Document patient care efficiently using EPIC EMR system
• Collaborate with support staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Participate in scheduled shifts with minimal on-call duties, primarily supporting labor and delivery services
• Float to other affiliated sites such as Janesville, Baraboo, Monroe Clinic, and Madison as needed

What You Need
Required:

• MD/DO license with IMLC acceptance
• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
• DEA license
• Willingness to float among multiple sites
• 1+ years of clinical experience in labor/delivery or related areas

Preferred:

• Experience with routine labor management, C-section, vaginal deliveries, postpartum care, and emergency gynecologic cases
