PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE- Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
- Temporary Privileges Available: Yes
- Credentialing Timeline: 3 months
REQUIRED PROCEDURES- Labor floor management
- Inductions
- Cesarean sections
- Gynecological emergency care
- Inpatient gynecological consultations
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Board: BC in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Licenses: Active NJ license or willingness to obtain
- NPDB report (obtained within 30 days)
- May have minimal malpractice settlements - CASE-BY-CASE REVIEW
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP
- Experience: Hospital-based OB/GYN, labor floor management, inductions, cesarean sections, gynecological emergencies
- Other Qualifications: EMR proficiency (Cerner/Oracle)
Duties & Responsibilities- Provide inpatient labor and delivery coverage
- Manage labor floor, including patient inductions
- Perform cesarean sections
- Respond to gynecological emergencies in the Emergency Department
- Conduct inpatient gynecological consultations
