Hourly Pay Rate: $3,334.50

What You’ll Do:
Provide OB/GYN care during scheduled 24-hour shifts, including deliveries and on-call duties
Collaborate with a team of CNMs (Surgical First Assist Trained), Pediatric Hospitalists, and anesthesia services
Manage a Level 2 NICU and provide acute obstetric care in a hospital setting
Participate in emergency and non-emergency obstetric procedures
Enforce hospital protocols and ensure patient safety and high-quality care
Maintain detailed documentation using Meditech EMR system
Support the hospital’s obstetric and gynecological services and contribute to patient care continuity
What You Need:
Active Florida Medical License
Board-Certified OB/GYN
Enrolled in NICA
Minimum 2 years’ experience as an OB Hospitalist, with recent practice within the past 2 years
Surgical First Assist training preferred
Strong communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills
