This is a fast-paced and exciting roving position supporting multiple affordable housing communities within an assigned geographic territory in MetroWest, MA. The Regional Occupancy Specialist will travel between properties to support occupancy operations, applicant processing, certifications, compliance administration, lease-up activity, and site team support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in their day-to-day responsibilities, and can successfully manage multiple priorities across several communities. Compensation and Benefits: Peabody Properties offers $60K - $70K dependent on experience, location, property size and budget, along with a rich benefits package that includes, but is not limited to, medical, dental, 401(k), STD, life insurance, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), paid time off, paid holidays, paid training, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, employee referral bonuses, and flex spending.
