Lead enterprise programs that protect employee health, strengthen compliance, and improve organizational readiness across a primary care network.

Position Highlights
  • Develop and oversee enterprise occupational and employee health programs
  • Lead employee immunization compliance, tuberculosis screening, occupational exposure management, and return to work processes
  • Manage the Bloodborne Pathogen Program and related OSHA requirements
  • Coordinate communicable disease response, exposure assessments, work restrictions, and public health reporting
  • Oversee Florida SHOTS administration, regulatory documentation, and occupational health vendor relationships
  • Build compliance dashboards, conduct audits, analyze trends, and lead corrective action strategies
  • Partner with Human Resources, Infection Prevention, clinical operations, and public health agencies

Hybrid work environment with travel up to 25 percent across Florida clinic locations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Active unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse license
  • Five or more years of healthcare experience
  • Three or more years of occupational health, employee health, public health, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, or related healthcare operations experience
  • COHN or COHN S preferred at hire and required within 24 months
