Compensation: $45.00 - $47.00 per hour, competitive, incentive-based compensation program, opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
Qualifications: current California Occupational Therapy License in good standing, orthopedic experience and strong manual therapy skills preferred, passion for delivering exceptional patient care, strong work ethic and commitment to clinical excellence, recent graduates are encouraged to apply, desire to learn, collaborate, and grow professionally.
Responsibilities: evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity, orthopedic, and hand conditions using evidence-based treatment techniques, develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function and improving quality of life, provide compassionate, patient-centered care while building lasting therapeutic relationships, communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and fellow healthcare professionals, maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation during scheduled work hours, collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes, participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities, contribute to a positive, supportive, and fun clinic culture.
Skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding interpersonal and patient relationship skills, strong orthopedic evaluation and clinical reasoning abilities, manual therapy skills and upper extremity rehabilitation experience preferred, commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care, strong organizational and documentation skills, ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, dedication to maintaining a healthy work-life balance while delivering exceptional care.
