Department Description: Wilson Health's Occupational Health Department provides occupational health services that are robust benefiting both employers and employees reducing absenteeism and turnover, increasing productivity, morale, job satisfaction, and decreasing sickness and injuries amongst employees. The following services are offered by our department: Drug & Alcohol Testing, Education Sessions, Employee Assistance Program, Hearing Conservation Program, Physical Examinations, Wilson Onsite Wellness, Worksite Health & Injury Management.
Job Summary:
Wilson Health is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Occupational Health team. The Occupational Health LPN provides nursing support to promote the health, safety, and wellness of employees and employer partners. This role delivers high-quality clinical care, supports workplace health programs, assists with employee health services, and collaborates with providers, employers, and healthcare teams to ensure regulatory compliance and positive health outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to employees and community partners.

Education:
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
Licensure/Certification:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Ohio required.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained within required timeframe.
Experience:
Previous clinical nursing experience preferred.
Occupational Health, Employee Health, Urgent Care, Primary Care, or outpatient nursing experience preferred.
Experience with workplace health services, workers' compensation, or employee wellness programs preferred.
Sysdoc experience helpful
