Occupational Health Nurse

Salary: $63K - $87K

What your day will look like:

• Conduct Pre-placement and Annual Employee Physical Assessments, prepare charts/forms
• Maintain all medical records using EMR
• Administer vaccinations, perform drug screens, & coordinate additional testing
• Provide direct patient care through first aid, physician referrals and follow up care to injured employees.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Four years clinical nursing experience with direct patient care
• Experience managing FMLA or ADA leaves a plus
• Current Registered Nurse with active SC license
• BLS/AED CPR
