What You''ll Do

As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will provide comprehensive clinical services that promote employee health, safety, and regulatory compliance. You''ll work independently while partnering closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, Environmental Health & Safety, Human Resources, Security, and site leadership.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide occupational health nursing care for work-related and non-work-related injuries and illnesses
• Perform health assessments, triage, treatment, and emergency response
• Administer vaccinations and perform phlebotomy services
• Support employee health surveillance and medical monitoring programs
• Assist employees with Workers'' Compensation claims and return-to-work processes
• Collaborate with Environmental Health & Safety on workplace incident investigations and risk reduction initiatives
• Participate in ergonomic evaluations and recommend workplace improvements
• Support disability management and employee accommodation processes
• Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and medical directives
• Participate in emergency response training and site emergency preparedness activities
