What You'll Do
Provide first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries and illnesses
Coordinate transportation and outside medical care when needed
Maintain medical supplies, equipment, and detailed case records
Support worker’s compensation and disability claims processes
Educate employees and leadership with CPR, First Aid, and AED training
Administer drug testing, flu vaccines, and assist with hearing tests and blood drives
Manage wellness initiatives and employee health programs
Track and maintain compliance logs, reports, and medical documentation
Conduct audits for AEDs, first aid kits, and safety resources across the facility
Support employees returning to work with care plans and accommodations
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
Active/valid Nursing License (LPN, RN, or NP)
Strong clinical judgment and emergency response skills
Knowledge of worker’s compensation and disability processes
Excellent administrative, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage confidential medical information
Bilingual Spanish skills preferred
Ability to meet compliance requirements
