You'll help prevent injuries, support worker wellness, and contribute to a safe, high‑performance job site every day.

What This Role Is You'll provide on‑site medical coverage in a clinic setting at an active construction site, including:
Triage and treatment of occupational and non‑occupational injuries and illnesses Follow‑up care based on evidence‑based medical protocols OSHA and workers' compensation documentation First aid and emergency response Daily collaboration with site safety teams Promoting employee wellness initiatives
This is not a traditional ambulance role. You'll work in a clinic environment, build relationships with workers, and contribute to the safe, efficient operation of the project.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, triage, and treat injuries and illnesses Maintain accurate medical and OSHA documentation in EMR Conduct pre‑employment and ongoing occupational health screenings Support risk management and workers' compensation processes Lead "Stretch & Flex" sessions and participate in site walks Deliver excellent customer service and foster positive workplace relationships
Qualifications
Current State Medical License (or ability to obtain per NREMT, State Laws, EMS/Nurses Compact) Current ACLS certification required OSHA‑30 Certification required within 90 days (company‑provided) Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed Healthcare Provider Emergency, occupational, or industrial safety experience preferred Valid driver's license in good standing (when driving is required) Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and medical office equipment Must follow strict safety and infection control protocols
