Valid Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) license in the state of Minnesota (MN).
Family Medicine experience of at least 2 years.
Preferred:
Occupational Medicine experience of at least 1 year.
Valid Department of Transportation Medical Examiner (DOT Medical Examiner) certification/license.

Board Certification / Eligibility is highly preferred.
Occupational Medicine experience is preferred; however, training is available for qualified candidates.
State licensure requirements must be met.
Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program from a recognized university.
Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
