• Clinic hours Monday - Friday 8 am - 6 pm and Saturday 9 am - 4 pm
• Join a growing team with an experienced physician and advanced practice provider
• See patients for primary care, occupational health, and DOT visits plus walk-ins
• Average 20 - 25 patients per day
• Family Medicine training with occupational medicine background required
• MROCC certification required; DEA required
• Urgent care experience or strong interest encouraged
• Fully integrated system using Epic EMR for seamless care coordination
