Northwest Permanente (NWP) is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Occupational Medicine or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to join our growing, high-impact team at our North Lancaster Medical Office.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $224,400 to $273,700, depending on experience
- Total rewards value: $291,371 to $376,000
- Up to $15,000 in relocation support
