    Job Summary:
    Enspire Consulting Group, LLA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing multidisciplinary team serving K-12 students throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. This position offers a balanced caseload that includes direct therapy services, comprehensive evaluations, consultation, and participation in multidisciplinary educational teams.     Compensation:
    -
    $75,000-95,000 annually (based upon experience and credentials) 
    - $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    As a School-Based Occupational Therapist, you will: 

    Therapy Services: 
    • Provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) 
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote student participation and educational access
    • Monitor progress toward student goals and adjust interventions as appropriate
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services
    Evaluations & Assessments: 
    • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and reevaluations
    • Administer, score, and interpret standardized and non-standardized assessments
    • Analyze student functional performance within educational settings
    • Prepare detailed evaluation reports with educationally relevant recommendations
    • Present findings during multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with educational teams
    Consultation & Collaboration: 
    • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
    • Recommend classroom accommodations, environment modifications, and intervention strategies
    • Educate parents and caregivers regarding student progress and functional development
    • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and educational planning discussions
    Professional Responsibilities: 
    • Maintain compliance with federal, state, district, and organizational requirements
    • Maintain current licensure, required clearances, and professional certifications
    • Adhere to the ethical standards of the occupational therapy profession
    • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities


    Qualifications:

    Required Qualifications: 
    • Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist License
    • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
    • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
    • Access to reliable transportation

    Preferred Qualifications: 
    • Previous school-based Occupational Therapy experience
    • Experience conducting educationally relevant occupational therapy evaluations
    • Knowledge of Pennsylvania Special Education regulations, IDEA, and IEP processes
    • Experience supporting students with:
      • Sensory Processing
      • Fine Motor Development
      • Visual-Motor Integration
      • Executive Functioning
      • Self- Regulation

    Required Clearances: 
    Applicants must possess or be willing to obtain: 
    • Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearances (Act 151) 
    • Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check (Act 34)
    • FBI Criminal History Clearance
    • Pennsylvania Arrest/Conviction Report (Act 24) 
    • Professional Liability Insurance

    • Day Shift
    • No Evenings

    • ESY Opportunities Available 

    Travel: 
    Local travel between partnering schools may occasionally be required. School assignments are strategically made to minimize travel whenever possible. 
    Work Environment & Physical Requirements: 
    This position requires the ability to:

    • Stand, walk, bend, and sit for extended periods
    • Demonstrate and assist with therapeutic activities and exercises
    • Utilize fine motor coordination for documentation and computer use
    • Communicate effectively with students, families, and school personnel
    • Assist students with positioning and therapeutic activities within professional practice guidelines
    • Travel to assigned school locations as needed
