ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapists to join a supportive school-based team in Wilmington, Delaware for the 2026-2027 school year! ???????? We currently have three onsite openings serving elementary, middle, and high school students across multiple school sites. This is a full-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop the skills they need to thrive academically and independently.

Position Details ????

⏰ Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday) with a 30-minute unpaid lunch

???? Caseload:

• Position 1: Elementary School (Split between 2 sites)
• Position 2: Elementary School
• Position 3: Middle & High School (Split position)

???? Setting: School-based positions located within Wilmington, DE area schools

Key Responsibilities ✏

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, and functional skills

Qualifications ????

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Active Delaware Occupational Therapist License required
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Resume required for consideration
• Candidates must complete an $85 CBC fingerprinting process
