Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district in
Akron, OH 44320. This is a great opportunity to help students develop the skills they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond.
Position Details
- Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- School Year: 2026–2027
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | School Hours
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs
- Support students' fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Ohio Occupational Therapist License
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
