Compensation & Benefits

• $85,000$105,000 annual salary (based on experience)
• Mileage reimbursement (federal rate)

What Youll Do

• Perform in-home OT evaluations and develop custom care plans
• Help patients regain ADLs, safety, and confidence at home
• Educate families and caregivers with empathy and clarity
• Collaborate with RNs, PTs, and team members to deliver holistic care
• Keep documentation accurate, timely, and compliant

What Youll Need

• Active OT license in New Mexico (or compact state)
• 1+ year of OT experience (home health preferred)
• Strong documentation habits (experience with systems like Oasis is a plus)
• Compassion, reliability, and genuine commitment to patient care
• Reliable transportation and comfort working in the home environment
