About the Role
Hello OTs! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist for the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year in the Anoka, MN area. This position will be temporary and covering a long-term leave. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll Do
Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Minnesota OT License
Background check and drug screening required
Experience in school-based settings preferred
