Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Ashburn Court, VA.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess students’ functional abilities and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy services to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily activities.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Track, document, and report student progress.
- Adjust therapy plans based on progress and needs.
- Provide guidance and support to staff and families.
- Travel between assigned west-side locations as part of the float role.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Active Virginia OT license (or eligibility).
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to multiple locations and schedules.
- Reliable transportation for travel between sites.
