Responsibilities
Read, understand, and follow all plans of care developed by the Occupational Therapist
Assist patients with using adaptive equipment, modify exercises, and enhance ADL/IADL independence
Communicate patient care plan with therapy team and caregivers
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and changes
Qualifications
Current state licensing for occupational therapy assistance required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Good attention to detail
