Description
Occupational Therapist Assistant (Contract)
Location: AZ, 85006
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 11, 2026 – Aug 8, 2026)
Pay Rate: $1099 – $1243 per week
Schedule: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM (3x12s)
Position Summary & Responsibilities
Assist OT with acute care therapy and ADL training
Monitor, document, and report patient progress
Support safe, goal-oriented rehabilitation in hospital setting
Requirements
Active Arizona Occupational Therapy Assistant license
Minimum 1 year experience in hospital acute setting
Current BLS certification
