Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the specialized Seating & Mobility team at TIRR Outpatient Kirby Glen. In this role, you will evaluate patients with complex physical and neuromuscular conditions, perform detailed seating and wheelchair assessments, and recommend custom mobility solutions and adaptive equipment. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate closely with physicians, PTs, rehab engineers, and vendors, and provide caregiver training to maximize safety, independence, and participation in daily activities. You will document in the EMR, support insurance authorizations, and contribute to quality and program development initiatives in a collaborative, innovative rehab environment focused on exceptional patient care.
