Location: Austin, Texas Employment Type: Full Time / Contract
The Occupational Therapist delivers school-based services for our students, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student success, maintain required documentation, participate in ARD/IEP processes where applicable, and comply with district, state, and federal requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Evaluate fine motor, sensory, and functional skills.
Develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct and consultative OT services.
Recommend adaptive equipment.
Participate in ARD meetings.
Maintain progress documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Support classroom participation.
Ensure compliance with district requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Certifications
Master's/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy with active Texas OT license.
Preferred Qualifications
School-based OT experience.
Sensory integration experience.
Assistive technology knowledge.
