Occupational Therapist

Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Baltimore, MD
Pay Rate: $50 - $60 / hour

As a K-12 school-based Occupational Therapist in Baltimore, MD, your days will include:

• Evaluate students to determine fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, and functional needs.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to support student participation and independence in the school setting.

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.

• Recommend adaptive equipment, classroom modifications, and assistive technology when appropriate.

• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.

Job Details

• Position: Contract (option to renew) in a school setting

• Hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday)

• Caseload: Elementary, Middle, and High School options

Successful Candidates Possess

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Active or pending Maryland Occupational Therapy license, or the ability to obtain one

• NBCOT certification (preferred)

• Experience in a pediatric or school-based setting (preferred)

• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
