Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Boca Raton. In this role, you will provide individualized pediatric occupational therapy services that support children in developing the skills needed for everyday activities, independence, and overall well-being. You will work closely with families and interdisciplinary team members to create meaningful progress and lasting impact in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify each child’s strengths, challenges, and therapeutic needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, daily living skills, coordination, and functional independence
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and consistent care
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
• Educate families on therapeutic strategies and home programs to support continued development outside of therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development and collaborative care planning
• Stay informed on current best practices and advancements in pediatric occupational therapy

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in good standing
• Experience working with pediatric populations, especially children with special needs, preferred
• Strong understanding of pediatric development, sensory integration, and therapeutic techniques
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and case management is a plus
