Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) – Full-Time
Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:00pm

We're seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join a supportive interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping older adults maintain independence, safety, and quality of life. This is a rewarding opportunity for an OT who enjoys building relationships, working collaboratively, and providing patient-centered care in both home and center-based settings.
What You'll Do:
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy services in home and center settings
- Conduct home safety assessments and recommend adaptive equipment
- Collaborate closely with nursing, social work, and rehab staff
- Supervise COTAs and Rehab Aides as needed
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Geriatric experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to travel locally
