About the Role:
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children.
  • Provide innovative, play-based therapy to support developmental milestones.
  • Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team for holistic care.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment options, progress, and home care strategies.
Qualifications
  • Active Washington State Occupational Therapy License (required)
  • Experience in Pediatrics (preferred)
  • Experience with sensory integration and/or feeding therapy (preferred)
  • Positive, collaborative, and child-centered approach
  • Will consider new graduates, mentorship available
