    About the Role
    Hello, Occupational Therapists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a K–12 school setting in Brighton, CO. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. This is a great fit for both experienced school-based OTs and those transitioning into schools.

    What You’ll Do

    • Provide school-based OT services: evaluations, treatment, and consultation

    • Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports

    • Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs

    • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

    • Support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development

    • Partner with teachers, SPED staff, and families to promote carryover

    • Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records

    • Adapt materials and environments to improve student access
       

    What We’re Looking For

    • Active (or eligible) Colorado State OT license

    • CDE Certification with Special Service Provider Endorsement (or ability to obtain)

    • Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills

    • School-based experience preferred, not required
