Occupational Therapist

Kerr Connect is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our school-based team in Charlotte for the 2026-2027 school year. For more than 30 years, we have partnered with schools to provide exceptional therapy services while creating a supportive environment where providers can learn, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities: 

* Provide occupational services to students in a K–8 charter school setting

* Administer, score, and interpret standardized and informal occupational therapy assessments 

* Collaborate as an active member of a multidisciplinary educational team 

* Attend IEP meetings and provide services in accordance with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) 

* Evaluate and treat students using AOTA guidelines and other evidence-based practices 

* Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with school staff and families
