Job Summary
Casual Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team with a primary focus on hand therapy and outpatient services. This position provides evaluation, treatment, and patient education to help individuals restore function, improve performance, and safely return to daily activities, work, and leisure pursuits. The Occupational Therapist develops individualized treatment plans, implements evidence-based interventions, and collaborates closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Occasional inpatient coverage may be required based on department needs. The successful candidate will maintain professional and ethical standards established by AOTA, NBCOT, and the Minnesota Department of Health while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and current Minnesota Occupational Therapy license required. Hand therapy and outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, providers, and staff at all levels of the organization.
Wage
Depending on your work experience, you could earn a wage from $35.35 to $51.26 per hour.
