Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the TIRR Outpatient Seating & Mobility team at Kirby Glen. In this role, you will evaluate patients with complex physical and functional needs, recommend and configure wheelchairs and adaptive seating, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence, safety, and mobility. You will collaborate closely with physicians, rehab professionals, vendors, and families, provide patient and caregiver training, document care in the EMR, and ensure adherence to clinical and safety standards while supporting a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and excellence.
