    Seeking Autonomous, Caring Physical Therapists for Home Visits
    Options range from full-time to part-time, part-time with benefits, per diem, and Floating positions. Coastal has the Position to fit your needs.

    Coastal Home Rehabilitation, a therapist-owned practice specializing in geriatric care, invites dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our team and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.     Responsibilities:
    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities, including assessing activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance patients' functional independence and quality of life.
    • Provide hands-on therapy, one (1) patient at a time, including therapeutic interventions, adaptive techniques, and training in the use of assistive devices for improved functional outcomes.
    • Educate patients and their families on strategies for safe movement, injury prevention, and maximizing independence in daily activities.
    • Document patient progress and communicate with referring healthcare professionals.
    • Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure coordinated and effective care.

    Qualifications:
    • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
    • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
