FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this clinician-owned, geriatric-focused private practice, you will provide evidence-based, patient-centered therapy to older adults in home and community settings. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment planning, functional interventions, caregiver training, and clear documentation. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, benefit from robust mentorship and continuing education, and contribute to a culture grounded in respect, professional growth, and clinical excellence.
