The Ivy at Davenport is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. We have opportunities available for both Full-Time and Per Diem therapists who are passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide occupational therapy services to improve functional independence and quality of life.
- Train residents in activities of daily living (ADLs), adaptive equipment, and safety techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy team members, residents, and families.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Iowa.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
