    • Full Time – Starting August 2026

    • 1.0 FTE, M-F

    About the Role

    Hello, Occupational Therapists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 6-12 school setting in Denver, CO. In this role, you'll help students build the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom by providing evaluations, therapy services, and collaborative support. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced school-based OTs as well as clinicians looking to transition into a rewarding school setting.

    What You'll Do

    • Provide school-based OT services: evaluations, treatment, and consultation

    • Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports

    • Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs

    • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

    • Support students' fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skill development

    • Partner with teachers, SPED staff, and families to promote carryover of therapeutic strategies

    • Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records

    • Adapt materials and classroom environments to improve student access and participation

    What We're Looking For

    • Active (or eligible) Colorado State OT license

    • CDE Certification with Special Service Provider Endorsement (or ability to obtain)

    • Master's Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills

    • School-based experience preferred, not required
