Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatric)
Excellent Compensation
Exclusive school placement (no travel required)
Hours: 8:15am-2:30pm (flexible) M-F, September - March
Pay: $60-$65
Compensation for the full school day, including prep time, note time, and lunch.
Caseload: Primarily preschool-aged students Approximately 5 students with 30-minute therapy sessions, plus additional preschool students No evaluations required – direct therapy services only Preschool experience is highly preferred Existing full-time OT and full-time COTA on staff
Responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for students referred for services
Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students utilizing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities
Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed.
Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals.
Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with regulations.
Requirements:
Occupational Therapist License
NJ School Certification
