FTE: 0.5 (Approximately 20 hours per week) Location: On-site, Duvall, WA Duration: Full school year
Role: Provide school-based occupational therapy services, assessments, IEP participation, and staff/family consultation to support student participation and independence.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and develop OT plans.
Deliver individual and group therapy focused on fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills.
Document progress, write reports, and attend IEP meetings.
Consult with teachers and families.
Qualifications:
WA OT license; Master’s in OT.
Experience with school-aged children preferred.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
