Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program. [REQUIRED]
Current, unencumbered, active occupational therapy license in the state of PACE Organization. [REQUIRED]
Two (2) years of appropriate experience as an occupational therapist preferred. [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
One (1) year of experience working with a frail or elderly population; appropriate clinical placement experience may be substituted. [PREFERRED]
Must have Employee Medical Statement meeting job requirements. [REQUIRED]
