Education and Work Experience:
~ Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; Occupational Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention. Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques. Adventist Health is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our associates and patients.
