We ae a newly founded education branch of a tenured boutique staffing firm built with one goal in mind: advocating for therapists while helping schools provide exceptional student services. We prioritize personalized support, transparent communication, and finding placements that are genuinely the right fit for both clinicians and schools.
We are currently partnering with schools throughout South Carolina to identify passionate, student-centered OTs for school-based opportunities.
What We Offer
Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to students in school settings
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skills in academic and school environments
Qualifications
• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Active South Carolina OT license
• NBCOT certification preferred
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
