Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Shift: Sunday to Thursday 8A to 4:30P. Occupational Therapist: Acute Inpatient: 2 years of experience required. FL license & BLS required. ICU competence required. Prior travel experience required. EMR: Epic. Scrub Color: Hunter Green. HWL IVS to review profile and Manager to direct interview and offer.

Radius Rule 50 miles from perm address. FLOATING REQUIRED, Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well. ALL RTO must be on submission, HCF will not be approving RTO after submission. (Please load all Demographic information at time of submittal: Address, email, full DOB, full SS, RN license number.) We will NOT be able to confirm anyone without this demographic information loaded in the profile. Culture is VERY important here. Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff does. Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start. No exceptions for pending docs.
