Compensation:$85 – $125 per visit or approximately $90,000 – $150,000+ annually depending on caseload, experience, and availability

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our growing team as an Independent Contractor serving patients in the Fredericksburg, VA area.
This opportunity is ideal for an Occupational Therapist who values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills, mobility, coordination, strength, and independence
- Assess home and environmental safety needs when appropriate
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with professional standards
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a professional manner
Qualifications
- Active Virginia Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Home health, outpatient, or rehabilitation experience preferred but not required
