Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Kentucky State OT license is required to start the position.
• Experience in outpatient settings with a focus on hand therapy.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred. Candidates interested in pursuing CHT will be considered.
• Experience treating primarily hand and upper-extremity conditions.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
