Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients with a range of diagnoses and conditions

• Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in patient education and training to promote carryover of skills into daily life

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
