Majestic Gardens at Memphis is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. If you’re passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life, we’d love to connect with you.
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and treat residents with a variety of physical and cognitive conditions
- Develop individualized care plans focused on functional outcomes
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and progress
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Tennessee (or eligible)
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
