    Job Description

    The Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy services to patients in the home setting in accordance with the physician’s plan of care. The OT assists patients in improving functional independence, safety, mobility, and ability to perform activities of daily living while promoting the highest level of independence possible.

    This is a Pay-per-Visit position in the Milford/Medway/Franklin area.

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
    • Occupational Therapist license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
    • Current CPR certification required.
    • Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience preferred; home health experience preferred.
    • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to patient homes.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of home health regulations and documentation requirements preferred.
